To ensure you receive the special conference rate, please make your reservation by Monday, April 13, 2026. Reservations made after this deadline will be subject to availability, and the conference rate will not be guaranteed. For additional information, click Here
Daily complimentary self-parking is available only if you stay at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will be required to pay the hotel's standard parking rate. For more details on parking rates, please contact the hotel directly at (615) 889-1000.
Refunds will be issued only for attendee cancellations received at least 30 days before the first day of the conference. Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid, less a $100 processing fee per attendee. Cancellations received fewer than 30 days before the first day of the conference, or cancellations made for convenience, are not eligible for a refund. If an attendee is unable to attend, registration substitutions are acceptable and encouraged.
Exhibitor booth cancellations must be made more than 45 days before the first day of the conference. The full amount, less a $300 processing fee, will be refunded. If cancelling within 45 days of the conference start date, refunds will not be issued.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to tshc@tnsafetycongress.org. Expect confirmation within five working days.
Yes, Certified Safety Professionals (CSPs) may earn at least 1.5 COC points, and Construction Health and Safety Technicians (CHSTs) may earn at least 1.5 CM points for attending the event. It is important to remember to keep your name badge and program as proof of attendance.
Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIHs) and Certified Associate Industrial Hygienists (CAIHs) may earn up to 2.0 points through the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH), and you can obtain the approval number from the registration desk or by visiting www.abih.org. Again, remember to retain your name badge and program for verification. For additional information regarding points maintenance, CSPs can refer to bcsp.org, while OHSTs and CHSTs can find relevant details at cchest.org.
