Have questions about the conference? We've compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help you plan your attendance. If you don't find the answer you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We offer several opportunities for sponsorship and advertising at our conference. As a sponsor, your full-color advertisement will appear in the program book, which is provided to all attendees at registration and is the most referred to item during the event. Your company logo will also be displayed on our website, with a direct link to your website. Sponsorship and advertising are excellent ways to gain exposure and recognition for your company.

Hotel accommodations are not included in your conference registration. However, a special conference rate is available for those attending the event. To book your hotel room, please visit the dedicated website by clicking on Book Your Hotel.

To ensure you receive the special conference rate, please make your reservation by 5:00 PM CST on Wednesday, March 13, 2025. Reservations made after this deadline will be subject to availability, and the conference rate will not be guaranteed. For additional information, click Here

Daily complimentary self-parking is available only if you stay at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will be required to pay the hotel's standard parking rate. For more details on parking rates, please contact the hotel directly at (615) 889-1000.

Refunds will only be issued for attendee cancellations received 30 days prior to the first day of the conference. The full amount paid less a $100 processing fee may be refunded. Cancellations for convenience will not be refunded. If unable to attend, sending a replacement is acceptable and encouraged.

Exhibitor booth cancellations must be made more than 45 days before the first day of the conference start date. The full amount less a $300 processing fee will be refunded. If cancelling within 45 days of the conference start date, refunds will not be issued.

All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to tshc@tnsafetycongress.org. Expect confirmation within five working days.

Yes, Certified Safety Professionals (CSPs) may earn at least 1.5 COC points, and Construction Health and Safety Technicians (CHSTs) may earn at least 1.5 CM points for attending the event. It is important to remember to keep your name badge and program as proof of attendance.

Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIHs) and Certified Associate Industrial Hygienists (CAIHs) may earn up to 2.0 points through the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH), and you can obtain the approval number from the registration desk or by visiting www.abih.org. Again, remember to retain your name badge and program for verification.
